BREAKING NEWS: ECLJ to address European Parliamentary bioethics inter-group regarding embryonic stem cell research

(Strasbourg, France)- European Centre for Law and Justice legal counsel Roger Kiska has been invited to address the European Parliament inter-group on bioethics during its September 7 committee meeting. The topic of the address will be “Judicial Problems related to EU funding of ethically controversial projects.” The meeting of the inter-group will come on the eve of the vote of the European Union Council of Ministers on backing the 7th Framework research budget which includes funding for embryonic stem cell research and of the first reading of the European Commission proposal on advanced therapies.
