Church renovation in conundrum after objection by area Muslims

Putting in of windows in the building of Full Gospel Church (FGA) in Lahore has been halted after the area Muslims picked a fight with the church administration, the Center for Law and Justice (CLJ) has learned. This FGA church administration is currently seeking help from politically influential persons to settle the matter. . . .

This branch of the FGA denomination was set up in around 1972 and since then Christians of the area worship here. The CLJ has learned that about three years ago the church administration wanted to repair the boundary wall and the Muslim area residents objected over it too. The Christians requested some politically influential Muslims at that time and after their intervention church wall could be repaired.
